On Saturday, August 9, 2025, the electric vehicle-curious can peruse different makes and models, quiz owners, and ‘kick-the-tires’ of several electric cars and trucks. Electric vehicles, or “EVs” have been growing in popularity as Americans embrace the new technology that provides zippy new cars without the costs of gas, oil, or frequent check-ups. The downtown Greers Market at 260 St. Louis St. will host the “EV Showcase” from 10 AM- 2 PM.
