Nestled between several restaurants and bars in one of America's oldest cities, the Dauphin Street Vault (DSV) is a Pole Vault block party, historically held at the end of the track and field outdoor season. DSV a not-for-profit grassroots organization with a mission to raise awareness for the pole vault, promote safety in the sport, and create an opportunity for spectators to see the event up close.
