Small-Scale Development Workshop

How do I build a small building in a place that I love? How do we cultivate development that truly improves this place? These are questions that inspired the Downtown Mobile Alliance to host a day-long workshop led by the Incremental Development Alliance. The workshop will help pave the way for development success. Instructors will lead participants through small development concepts such as right-sizing a project, Building Arts 101, site selection, financing, and hands- on site planning and pro forma exercises.
