• Cathedral Square Art Gallery
    For thirteen years, Cathedral Square Gallery has promoted the visual arts in Mobile and is the premier connection to local art and artists. This co-op gallery of award-winning artists houses one of the largest collections of acrylics, watercolors, prints, fine jewelry, pottery, textiles, woodwork, photography, and gift in the region. Enjoy complementary wine tasting, live music and appetizers during LoDa Artwalk on the 2nd Friday of each month. Gallery is available for meetings, special events, and tours.   • Conde Charlotte Museum House
    Circa 1822 - Mobile's first courthouse and city jail was renovated as a residence. Restored by Alabama's National Society of Colonial Dames of America and furished to depict the periods of Mobile's History under five flags.

  • Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center
    The Exploreum is a playground for the mind! Voted one of the best science centers in the nation by Parents magazine, the Exploreum includes six different exhibit galleries and labs with more than 100 interactive, hands-on exhibits. Surround yourself in 12,000 watts of sound in the IMAX Dome Theater. Experience virtual reality on a screen the size of an 18 wheeler in the Digital Theater.   • Phoenix Fire Museum
    Touch the fiery history of Old Mobile with a visit to the home of the Phoenix Volunteer Fire Company No. 6. This building houses a unique collection of authentic turn-of-the-century steam engines and other fire fighting equipment and mementos. Building on the National Register of Historic Places.

  • Richard-DAR House Museum
    Italianate Style townhouse bulit by riverboat captain Charles Richards. Furnished in period antiques, art and silver. Managed by the Daughters of the American Revolution. Formal gardens with beds of azaleas, camellias, sweet olive and seasonal plants. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

  • Space 301
    In August 2003, the Mobile Press-Register donated its former building to the nonprofit "Centre fot the Living Arts" which then converted the rare warehouse into a 7,000 sq. ft. showcase for contemporary art. A $5.2 million renovation was completed in the summer of 2008 and the CLA welcomed over 3200 guests on the night of its grand re-opening. In conjunction with rotating exhibits, Space 301 offers studio art courses in a number of mediums and boasts a breathtaking panoramic view of Downtown Mobile from its third floor auditorium and rooftop terrace.

    The Paper Wasp Gallery and Bindery located at the heart of the Cathedral Square Arts Distrtict. The Paper Wasp focuses mainly on the book arts and works on and of paper, also showing ceramics and paintings.

  • The Victorian Teal Art Gallery
    A picture is worth a thousand words, "so express yourself!" Say it with an original painting from the Victorian Teal Art Gallery...a multi-cultural gallery, housed in a Victorian cottage that is attached to an old Negro shanty built in 1875 (Alabama Black Heritage tour Guide), provides a serene atmosphere for showcasing the best artwork form the Gulf Coast, Haiti, and South Africa. Four handsome rooms filled with luxurious original artwork in all mediums and styles; traditional, classical, contemporary, abstracts. African-American, primitive, whimisical eclectic, religious, tropical, Old South, Mobile historic districts posters, and marine life. Mobile keepsakes featured.
