During “Side One: Scale,” participants will identify the goals driving their decisions, examine what is no longer working, narrow their focus, and create a written goal with a shorter, more actionable timeline. During “Side Two: Sale,” participants will explore four stages of preparing a business to operate beyond its owner: processes, management, directorship, and investment. Attendees will identify which stage they are closest to and leave with a practical first step toward building a more sustainable and transferable business.
