One-Way to Two-Way Street Conversion Plan

The City of Mobile has developed a plan to convert some downtown streets from one-way to two-way traffic. The conversions are designed to create a more pedestrian friendly atmosphere and encourage more development. The frist phase of the conversion is complete: St. Louis Street, Royal Street, and portions of Dauphin and St. Francis Streets. Subsequent phases are planned for several side streets, though are subject to change. Click on the pdf below to see the full street conversion plan.
