Our incentives overview details the programs available to our investors.  Our programs include sidewalk and lighting grants, federal tax credits, and accelerated depreciation benefits.  The overview includes internet links, contact names, and phone numbers.

At the present time the only incentives available are for capital improvements and are not grants.
